As a small property our business depends on maximising occupancy and cancellations often result in empty rooms and loss of viability, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
For bookings of 4 days or less, no deposit is charged but a valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Full payment for your accommodation will be taken 3 days before arrival. No refund is given for cancellations or modifications within 3 days of arrival.
For bookings of 5 days or longer duration, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken at time of booking and the balance charged 3 days before arrival. If cancellation is made within 3 days or a no-show, no refund will be given.
We are proud of our rooms and want to keep them nice for you and our future guests - you agree that additional charges may be applied to your credit card within 2 days of departure if loss or damage is sustained as a consequence of your visit.
